The Paynova wallet

The Paynova wallet is no longer an active payment method. If your Paynova account has a balance, you can choose to transfer the funds to a bank account by logging in to your account here and requesting a withdrawal. Once you have logged in, you request your withdrawal by clicking on the currency that you would like to withdraw.

Please note that the withdrawal fee is 4% of the withdrawn amount but at least 2 EUR per withdrawal. If you have any questions, please always contact us from the same email address that you used to register your Paynova wallet.
