Although the foundation of our industry is technology and numbers, we don't think that the client’s experience is determined by functionality, features and reports alone. Excellent service is a watchword for every Paynova employee, whether they work in sales, technology or accounting.
The concept of excellent service includes not only being available to you and how we communicate internally and externally, but also always trying to be a step ahead. At Paynova we help you our client to anticipate problems and challenges that may arise; we are proactive and help you plan for future expansion and development.
Merchant Services
As a Paynova merchant you have complete access to the Merchant Services tool, which contains all of the data on your transactions. The tool is updated in real time, and you can research transactions, create reports and perform analyses.
Personal service
All of Paynova’s merchants have a person to call or email when they want help. It could be anything from clearing up questions to asking for advice on new payment methods or configurations. If our account managers or service staff can’t answer a detailed question, you are put directly in touch with our experts in areas such as security, technology or finance. Moreover as a Paynova merchant you meet with your account manager frequently during the year, in order to go over the accounts for the last period and plan ahead.
