Cooling-off period

In accordance with the Distansavtalslagen (Distance Contracts Act), you are entitled to cancel your agreement concerning the Paynova Wallet by submitting or sending a message to this effect to Paynova within 14 days. You will then only be liable to pay for the part of the service used up to the point when Paynova received your message. Paynova also gives you the right to cancel your Paynova account at any time after this point, and will then make a charge corresponding to 4 per cent of the sum withdrawn, with the minimum being 2 EUR.
